| ABOUT ARF....... |
| ANIMAL RESCUE FUND,INC. (ARF) is an incorporated, non-profit charitable organization, chartered in 1980,under the laws of the State of Ohio. ARF has 16 acres in Amelia that function as our shelter, caring for homeless pets. The shelter houses dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens along with ducks, chickens, ponies and a lama. The main goal of the shelter and the ARF organization is the adoption program that pairs homeless animals with responsible families that will care for them. ARF became involved in 9/11 by sending supplies for humans as well as animal related items. More recently we helped the victims of the Katrina tragedy. The shelter housed homeless pets and sent money and supplies for animals and humans. ARF continues to play an active part in the community in several ways. We participate in a variety of community outreach programs, one of which is to educate the public on the homeless animal epidemic and one solution to this is spaying and neutering your pets. ARF is involved with several county shelters by adopting pets before they are "put down" and giving them a second chance at lifelong loving homes. ARF participates in local working K-9 programs and has established a monument at the shelter. Everything that ARF strives to accomplish is very expensive. Our only support is through donations, fundraisers and memberships. And so, we are asking for your financial support to help ARF continue " making a difference". Here at ARF we value EVERY LIFE with the help of people just like you... WE FIGHT FOR EVERY LIFE ! On behalf of the animals at ARF whose lives you have improved........... THANK-YOU!
